Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern every purchase you make from Globeelink and your use of our eSIM services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
Globeelink ("Globeelink", "we", "us") operates this website and sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans for use in supported destinations worldwide.
By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
A Globeelink eSIM is a digital SIM profile that gives your device prepaid mobile data in the destination(s) covered by the plan you buy. Plans differ by destination, data allowance and validity period — the details shown on the plan page and at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase.
Mobile coverage, speed and availability always depend on the local partner networks at your destination. We choose strong networks for every destination and describe coverage honestly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in every location — no mobile provider can.
Our plans provide data connectivity only. Unless a plan explicitly says otherwise, they do not include voice calls, SMS, or a local phone number.
3. Your device and account
eSIM plans require an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Checking compatibility is your responsibility before you buy — we make it easy with our device compatibility checker and our compatible devices guide.
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure: it is how your account, orders and eSIMs are protected. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the plan page and at checkout, including any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers.
Your order is accepted when we issue the order confirmation and deliver your eSIM. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed in error; if we cancel an order we have already charged, we will refund it in full.
Promotional discounts and reward coupons apply only as described in the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
5. Delivery, installation and activation
eSIMs are delivered digitally — there is nothing physical to ship. After purchase you receive installation details (QR code and manual entry) in your dashboard.
Install your eSIM while you have a reliable internet connection, ideally before you travel — see our installation guide. Your plan's validity starts as described on the plan page (for most plans, when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination, or on the scheduled start date for trip bookings).
Each eSIM profile can only be installed on one device. Deleting an installed eSIM from your device can permanently consume the profile, so please contact support before removing one.
6. Fair and lawful use
Plans are for your personal use. You agree not to resell Globeelink eSIMs or use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive — including spam, network abuse, or activity that violates the laws of the country you are visiting or the acceptable-use rules of the local network. We may suspend service where such use is detected.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Our Refund Policy explains exactly when an eSIM qualifies for a refund. In short: an unused (not-yet-activated) eSIM can be refunded within 21 days of delivery, a USD 2.00 processing fee applies per refunded eSIM, upcoming trip bookings can be cancelled before issuance for a full refund with no fee, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 business days of the request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
8. Rewards
Globeelink membership rewards (points, stamps, tiers and coupons) are a loyalty benefit, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are subject to the program rules shown in your rewards dashboard. We may adjust or discontinue the program prospectively at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Globeelink name, logo, website design, and all content we publish (text, graphics, guides, and software) are owned by Globeelink or our licensors. You may browse and use the site to shop; you may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content commercially without permission.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed connections, lost bookings, or lost profits) caused by network outages or coverage gaps at your destination.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these Terms (for example fraud, abuse, or resale). You can close your account at any time from the dashboard's security settings; closing your account does not affect plans already delivered.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Globeelink is established, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — the fastest route is the chat on our website (GlobeeBot, escalated to a human when needed) — and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
