• Strictly necessary — keep the site working: your session, your cart, your sign-in state, and the record of your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function without them.

• Preferences — remember choices like language or dismissed banners.

• Analytics — Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) tells us, in aggregate, which pages are used and where the site can improve. These load only after you consent.

• Marketing — used to measure or personalise campaigns. These also load only after you consent, and we keep them to a minimum.

On your first visit you will see our cookie banner, where you can accept everything, decline everything except the strictly necessary cookies, or fine-tune categories.

You can change your mind at any time: open Cookie Settings in the footer of any page and your new choice applies immediately. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will break sign-in and checkout.

A small number of cookies are set by the providers we use to run the site: our consent manager (Cookiebot), Google Analytics and Tag Manager (consent-gated), our support chat, and our payment provider's fraud-prevention on checkout pages. Each provider's own policy governs the data it processes.

Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies (like your consent record) last for a set period — typically up to 12 months — and then expire or are renewed with your consent.
