Refund Policy

We keep refunds simple and fair: unused eSIMs can be refunded within their refund window, upcoming trip bookings can be cancelled in full before they are issued, and approved refunds always go back to the card you paid with.
The short version
An eSIM that has not been activated can be refunded within 21 days of delivery.
A USD 2.00 processing fee per eSIM is deducted from the refunded amount.
Upcoming trip bookings (eSIMs scheduled for a future trip and not yet issued) can be cancelled before issuance for a full refund with no fee.
Refunds are requested per eSIM from your dashboard and reviewed by our team.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days of your request.
Once an eSIM has been activated, or its refund window has passed, it is no longer refundable.
1. When an eSIM qualifies
Each eSIM in an order is assessed individually. An eSIM qualifies for a refund when both of the following are true:
It has not been activated — it has not yet connected to a network and started its plan.
Your request is made within 21 days of the eSIM being delivered to your account.
Installing (downloading) the eSIM on your device does not by itself end eligibility — activation does. Your dashboard shows a Request refund action on every eSIM that currently qualifies, together with the exact amount you would receive.
2. Upcoming trip bookings
If you booked an eSIM for a future trip and it has not been issued yet, you can cancel it at any point before issuance from your dashboard. Cancelled bookings are refunded in full — the processing fee is waived.
3. What is not refundable
eSIMs that have been activated (their plan has started), regardless of how much data was used.
eSIMs whose 21-day refund window has passed.
Reward coupons, points, and promotional discounts — they have no cash value.
If you believe your situation is exceptional (for example a verified service failure), contact support through the chat and we will review it individually.
4. The processing fee
A USD 2.00 processing fee applies to each refunded eSIM and is deducted from the amount returned to you. Example: a USD 7.99 eSIM refunds USD 5.99. The fee is waived for upcoming trip bookings cancelled before issuance. The exact refund amount is always shown before you confirm your request.
5. How to request a refund
Sign in and open My eSIMs in your dashboard.
Select the eSIM and choose Request refund.
Pick the reason that fits best and add a note if you would like to give us more detail.
Review the refund amount and confirm.
You can have one open refund request per eSIM at a time. While a request is open, the eSIM shows Refund in progress in your dashboard.
6. How refunds are paid
Requests are reviewed by our team. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method — we do not refund to a different card, account, or voucher. From request to money on its way, the process takes up to 14 business days; your bank or card issuer may then take a few additional business days to post the credit to your statement. Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in.

We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page applies to requests made while it is published. The refund window, fee, and amounts for your specific eSIM are always shown in your dashboard before you confirm. Questions are handled fastest through the chat on our website.
