Two things your phone needs
To use a Globeelink eSIM your phone has to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most phones from the last few years qualify, but it's worth a quick check before you buy.
Check for eSIM support
On iPhone, look for Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM. On Android, look for Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM. If the option is there, your phone supports eSIM.
Check it's unlocked
A locked phone only works with its original carrier. If you bought it outright or finished paying it off, it's usually unlocked — if you're not sure, ask your carrier.
