How to request a refund

When a plan is refundable

You can request a refund within 21 days of buying, as long as the eSIM hasn't activated yet. Once a plan connects at your destination it's in use, so it's no longer refundable.

How to request one

Go to Account > Billing & orders, find the order, and choose Request a refund. If you don't see the option, the plan has likely already activated — Globeebot can check for you.

How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Bought the wrong plan?

If you haven't travelled yet, the quickest fix is often a refund and a fresh purchase for the right destination. Globeebot can walk you through it.
