What if I can't scan the QR code?

Enter the details manually

If the QR code won't scan, you can type the same details by hand. On iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM > Enter Details Manually. On Android: SIM manager > Add eSIM > Enter it manually.

What to type

Use the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your setup email. Copy them exactly — they're case-sensitive, and a single wrong character will stop activation.

Still not working?

Make sure you're online over Wi-Fi, that there's room for another eSIM on your phone, and that you're using the latest email (not an older one). A restart clears most one-off glitches.

Can't find the codes? They're in the same setup email as the QR code, just below it. Globeebot can resend the email if you've lost it.
